On Ron Gotcher's site, they said that they were working to get the fees for the MTR refunded (correct me if I'm wrong)... Because, seriously, if it's wrongful denial, emphasis on the word "wrongful", why would it cost soooo much???

I think Employement Letter is one of the documents needed as Initial Evidence. So I think it is a must. Please refer to I-485 form at following location:

My lawyer sent all documents to uscis and reached uscis on July2nd except my employment letter.Do uscis accept my package and give receipt notice or reject the whole package.Any suggestion please.Thanks

My spose and myself got EIDs, but I decided to be on H1b. But a small company offered my wife to work as part time employee, one day per week and they are ready to pay couple of hunder dollers.
Becase my wife gets some experience, we thought that is good idea.But the question is do we need to ask them to run the W2 form for her or just taking the money and reporting that income to IRS while filing taxes is enough? Gurus please answer.

My RIR is rejected. My LC is still pending.
My lawyer says it is moved to TR queue
If My case is moved to TR queue, does it mean very significant delay in getting my LC? Because in such a case this is my breaking point.Ready to quit and give up after these years and years if pain
as it is clear from this post of yours, and reading your first post again, your LC conversion from regular LC to a RIR LC was rejected. does not mean your LC has been rejected and it definitely means that you do retain your PD.
while it is certainly painful for you, it definitely is not as bad as our reaction to your first post made it out to be...... so hang in there!!

AC21 allows you to change jobs after 180 days of filing.
AC21 allows you to change jobs after 180 days of filing before getting your green card. I do not think that you can invoke AC 21 after you have got your GC.

Sentences start with capital letters, need to have commas, and there should be proper usage of articles. I can point out atrocious mistakes in every sentence of your post.

My labour was approved on 23-Jan-08 and its expiration date is 21-Jul-08.
I recently got my 140 receipt notice with receipt date as 24-Jul-08.
I am wondering is my 140 is filed with in the valid time.
Is there any rule like do we need to file 140 with in 180 days of labour approval.If so will my 140 get approval or denial.
pl give me the response.

My friend 485 has been filed on 12th - to nebraska service center, but he mistakenly sent his ead & ap on 15th to Texus Service Center in Dullas.(Did not receive the receipt notice for 485)
Please let me know his options!
1) Do they reject his applications in TSC?.

Our files assinged to Adjudicating officer on Nov 30th. (PD is current ) Nothing happend sofar.
Is it time to worry ? I seen in this forum cases processed within two weeks after assinging. Any input will be appriciated.

Joking aside dude, Pay off your debts, buy gold for the wife ( investing in the wife may be the surest way to have a safe secure future lol)), keep some CDs, keep handy cash ( a tleast 6 months of pay), good life insurance, medical insurance, max out 401K, and then if you still have some left you can dabble in stocks.
How come a wife can have another wife...:D if you are not aware the OP is a girl.
