Just the way the title is phrased though it lends support to the rumors that iOS will see a late summer / early fall release as opposed to June/July. We will see.

Seems a bit hypocritical of Buddhist Steve Jobs to be embracing peace on one hand while providing support for the brutal "shock and awe" merchants on the other.
Steve doesn't own the company,the stock holders do.
Those"shock and awe merchants"are people who volunteered to risk their lives to defend their country.

Kingdonk, thanks a million for the screenshots. Any idea what version of Samba they have included? That has been a big headache for me with Snow Leopard ever since win7 came out. Cannot bind win7 to the domain because apple are running an old version of samba.
If you could figure out the samba version that would be awesome, if it is still and old version then I am going to have to either move to Linux or buy a Windows server license for our win7 machines.

My experiences with general..
A lot like what Racer described: hooked up the IV, then came the injection, after a few seconds I could feel some warmness spreading up my arm, then my chest and finally my eyelids just started feeling really heavy.
When I wake up, out of the OR, I feel really really groggy... can barely lift my head to look around to see where I am. Both times my parents had to help me walk to the car. Got home and had something light to eat... soup, crackers... then more sleep. Few hours later I'm feeling infinitely better and I fall asleep around a semi-regular time and sleep for a good 9-10 hours.
Never got sick, just sort of dizzy and feeling "out of it".

I still think Option 1 is superior. If a "Hardware", "Software" split was done, pages like "iPhone" and "iPhone Applications" would be split up, which isn't necessary. "iPhone" needs its own category.
I agree, but I think sebastianlewis is right that we probably don't need to split Mac Laptop and Mac Desktop. The "mac hardware guides" category also isn't needed they can just be in the base Mac Hardware category.

I thought one of the nice thing was that its all in one place, you don't have to look for it... thats what I liked about Keynote. You can add fonts and colors items to the toolbar AFAIK.
The thing that I don't like about pages is very simple: No text background highlighting and no ruby support, and no vertical text.

I hope Apple does the "...go where the puck is going." and provide Lion on a flash drive. I would use it even if I was using a Mac with a DVD drive built-in.

I wonder what this means for being able to install virtual servers on Parallels and the like?
For one thing it will be cheaper. Family Pack vs having to pay $500 per copy. I hope Apple doesn't cripple it.

I bought a Verizon iPad because I have an AT&T iPhone. I figured that if one doesn't work, the other will. I saw no need to get two devices on the same network.

I know ATT drops more calls than Verizon but everyone thats tested both data plans (even professional reviewers like Walt Mossberg from AllthingsD) say that the ATT data plan is superior in every single way.
No one bitches about the ATT data plan, they just hate the dropped calls on every single call they make and I understand that people are angry about that.
But the iPad is not a phone and I'm certain most people buy Verizon iPads thinking that its better just because there are problems with ATT iPhone.
In the end you get half the 3G speed on Verizon and also won't be able to use the network in most parts of the world.
I wouldn't trade ATT for Verizon in terms of iPads.

Not at all. As I said, I have no inclination for either Joe or RATM, or most chart music in general to be honest. I just thought the 'campaign' was pathetic, and still do.
It will be interesting to see what gets played more on the radio over the next week. I have a feeling it won't be RATM, which will indicate how pathetic and meaningless this whole 'campaign' has been. This is what I have been getting at all along. Someone will need to let me know though as I don't listen to the radio much either.
